Very solid, quality construction. Nicely designed, love the white finish and it looks fantastic with Apple products and Square. We did not interface it with a POS receipt printer so I can not speak to how well it works in that capacity. We are using it in a store at the check out counter along with a Square reader/iPad. I wish it could be bolted to the counter but there does not seem to be enough allowance at the bottom to do so.

Purchased this as the main cash drawer for my ice cream shop. Wanted a white one to match our theme, would fit on our counter, and be able to handle having our POS sit on top of it. This was the perfect option. It continues to perform great and it can be linked to your POS system.

Works flawlessly. It's whisper-quiet opening was a nice, unexpected feature. As near as I can tell will connect to any receipt printer through standard cable (2 were included!). You need zero know-how to get this up-and-running. Just put it where you want it, and every time the receipt printer activates, it pops open quietly and quickly. It's immediate, so as soon as the printer kicks, it pops open. Very nice looking! As for securing it, I believe you could easily use an under-bolt to lag it to the top of a countertop, or I think you could use a bracket to affix it to the underside of a counter, too. It's clean white, so looks great with the Square Stand that I now have sitting on top of it.
