This is my first order through Tomtop and I'm highly impressed with the doll, order processing and speed of delivery.I ordered this doll as a christmas gift on July 20th. The website had a sale and I thought for under $100.00 worth a try. The website guarantees refund or partial refund if not what the item claims to be. It arrived at my door in Ontario, Canada today, August 1st. Impressed with how quickly it arrived. The doll is exactly as shown with all accessories. Its nicely weighted and feels like a real baby. It was very well packaged (hair covered with hairnet, hands and feet covered with tissue paper. Everything inside a zip-locked bag inside of a box. Haven't undone the hands, feet or hair want to leave everything as arrived for Christmas. My daughter is going to fall in love with this lovely, lifelike baby doll. Excellent gift, well worth the $ spent. Excellent service and delivery! Will choose Tomtop again for future ordering.
