    Works without problems. The sensor reacts to the sunlight, automatically turning off the power. You can hang on the street, but I do not know how long the battery will be workable in a cold climate.

    I hung the starlights inside my house. I couldn't get to the attic where my holiday ornaments are stored, so I ordered these to decorate for Christmas. They turn my main room into a sparkly fairyland, which helps to counteract the cold, dark winter weather in Michigan. I will use them again next year. There is no remote control.

    Perfect tiny Solar lights with different lighting modes. They are tiny, white, bright lights. I can't say how long they stay on. They go on at dusk. You do need a sunny day. Bought these because they were on sale. If this is what you want they are worth the full price.

    I love solar lights. I have them all over my porch and yard. In my opinion it it’s a solar light it doesn’t count as a Christmas light and I can have it out all year. These came to me already partially charged. I quickly added them to my stash. I love to sit outside and watch them all turn on at dusk.
