It took two sets ( 4 strands ) to make it all the way around my daughters room but she absolutely loves them! And it’s nice that the remote from one box will control both sets. You just have to point it at both boxes. They were so easy to install. The attached tape is super sticky and it seems like it will hold it well.

Nice strong LED light strip, with a good rubberized coating. They are water resistant and could be placed outside, though I probably wouldn't because the power strip doesn't look to be water resistant. The lights have a decent range of brightness and cover a good spectrum of color. I'm sure there are others that may give you a more true color, but for the money, these are pretty good. The remote is a little on the cheap side - I feel like if I wanted to, I could easily bend it and break it. That being said, it's probably still fine if you accidentally sit on it or it hangs out under the couch cushions for a spell. I wouldn't necessarily toss it around though because I don't know if the little inners could take the abuse. There are pretty much 0 instructions for the lights, but if you're even somewhat tech savvy, you'd be able to figure it out pretty quick. The adhesive on the back of the strip seems veeery sticky, but as with all adhesives, you MUST apply it to a clean surface or it will fail. All in all, good sturdy lights. I'd say a good bang for the buck.

Used it for back lighting on a wooden cross we made for our entry way. It was easy to install, connect, and cut for placement. The only downside was that the adhesive was not strong enough to hold onto wood, so we just need hot glue to help tack it down. Works great and looks beautiful!
