I previously had 20 W landscaping lights. These are only 5 W and are much brighter. This allowed me to add additional lights to a transformer that was rated at only 45 W. The result is awesome. Lights are much brighter and illuminate trees nicely while casting attractive shadows on house. Would strongly recommend. The only negative is that the wire from the lights for making electrical connections is very thin. I carefully stripped about an inch of insulation off wire and connected with electrical wire nut connectors. Put a little clear silicon on wire connection before attaching to connectors for added protection. I would say you won't be disappointed.

These work great and look very nice. The price is also pretty unbeatable for four LED path lights. Before buying this, make sure you know that you can't simply plug these lights into an outlet, you will need an AC to DC adapter that outputs 12 volts. Also, you will need to do some soldering to get power to the lights. These are intended for someone who has some DIY skill or a professional, and will require some work. If you know what you are doing though, it shouldn't be too big of a deal. I ended up actually powering mine with a 3s lipo battery which worked well. I just soldered a plug onto the power lead of the light. Overall, I was happy with these lights, and like I said, the price is great.
