How do I turn it off? I only use it for testing purposes, but 5 hours after my first use, the LEDS are stil on..?

A

  • No off until the battery is dead 5 years from now. If it shut off it would need a wake up that was always active so it stays on.

Is there any way to turn it off? It arrived off and when I pushed a button it woke up. Now the display is always on.

  • I don't think there is a way, I have one on another generator, and for 2 years + the display is always on.

Has any one replaced the battery? If so what is the battery number?

  • I do not believe you can replace the battery. I contacted the seller of mine about this and got conflicting info. They lastly told me to pry off the back to replace the battery which I believe will break the unit if attempted. My 2 still work so I have not tried it yet.

Is this unit weatherproof ?

  • It appears to be, but my unit seems to have failed even though it was mounted inside the cab. It's stuck on 550 rpm, even when the engine is off.

i this unit for 2 stroke or 4 stroke. 2 stoke : 1 fire every turn of the engine; 4 stroke: 1 fire every 2 turn of the engine. is it possible to set?
