16 responsive and velocity-sensitive trigger pads for transmitting not messages.
X-Y touch pad: transmits control change messages in normal mode; transmits note messages in Touch Scale mode.
6 control buttons for more flexible operation:
  --SCENE button-- switches scenes(the nanoPAD2 features 4 scenes and scene LEDs);
  --SCALE/TAP button-- sets the scale in Touch Scale mode; sets the tempo of the Gate Arpeggoator;
  --KEY/RANGE button-- sets the key or note range, or octave shift in Touch Scale mode;
  --TOUCH SCALE button-- turns Touch Scale mode on or off;
  --GATE ARP button-- turns the Gate Arpegiator on or off(when the Gate Arp is on, the button indicator flashes in sync with the tempo)
  --HOLD button-- maintains the point(value) at which you release your finger from the X-Y pad.
Power and USB-MIDI data travels down the same USB cable for a clean, efficient work-space.
