    As much as I would love to soundproof my kids' rooms so I don't have to listen to my son and his friends play games or just listen to their arguments. These things do help muffle the noise.

    Works really well for silencing vibration. I bought it to quiet the fan in the bedroom of my RV. I placed 2 of these pads underneath the table fan on the dresser and noise from the vibration went away. Very happy with this product.

    If you are a streamer or podcaster, you can buy and install these foams and for what I do, stream games and chat, they work great.

    They get the job done. Not the highest quality but they will work and will hang well. I used a single command strip for each one.

    I used command strips to make them stick to my wall, definitely a good purchase. When we first hung them up my wife stood in the other room and I screamed at the too of my lungs and she said she could barely hear me.
