Yes it does

Yes, this should fit most Vandoren mouthpieces.

It fit my alto sax mouth piece perfectly. I have heard a couple reviews that say it won't fit larger mouth pieces, I tried it on my tenor and it did not fit. If you are looking to put it on a clarinet, it might not work, but if it is roughly the size of an alto mouth piece then you should be fine

it depends on what the size of the mouthpiece is. i originally bought it for my tenor because i've heard that alto and tenor ligatures are sometimes interchangeable. this one only fits on alto and lower. so if its bigger than that it may not fit.

This ligature works/fits beautifully! It allows the reed to Freely vibrate giving the horn a nice jazzy sound. After playing for an hour or so, I quickly ordered another one. The Cap fits well as long as the reed and ligature are on the mouthpiece. Otherwise it's too big. All in all, I totally recommend this item!

I saw these leather ligatures for around $25 and kept looking and found this one for around $12 so I bought it thinking I found a bargain. I bought this Andoer which in my mind, as I was in a hurry, sounded like Rovner. Looking closely at the pictures, they are different. My experience with the leather ligature is it's hard to put on straight and I don't like to use it. I'd rather just use the cheap standard brassy metal one that came with the horn. I have nothing to gain from this review and it costs precious time. Good luck.
