The JOYO Manual which is only one half a page does not indicate any warranty period..... So I went to www.joyoaudio.com and they did not indicate any warranty period..... but there is a place to ask them questions.....

Excellent product, reliable and provides a good sound. For long gigs it would be a good idea to have 2 just to make sure you're covered if the transmitter battery drains before your performance the gig is over. They're cheap enough to get 2 and still be a real bargain! I use it exclusively instead of me Nady

Yes, and it works just fine as long as you have a mic jack to plug the guitar into the stereo.

yes it will work on a fender strat the transmitter has an offset plug as seen in the photo and will work with no problem on your guitar the only suggestion would be to watch out for it with your hand as it does stick out a little and if you should get a little wild, you can hit it by accident, hope this helps
