I love this pedal! It provided great high-end brightness for my diffuse music, and I missed some important fun. For clean sounds, whether rhythm or alone, keep notes consistently forever. This pedal is heavy because it is very small. I hope they come out with such a big pedal, so you can fill your pedals. Seriously, understand this.

Quiet and clean, this is a great compressor. There is a small problem When other "true bypass" pedals (Ammoon or other brands) activate or deactivate the pedals, the compressor output level changes severely. Strange But it's a very versatile pedal that can do the "Janglebox" thing.

I just couldn't bring myself to spend ~$200 on a Janglebox. Is this an exact replacement? I don't know. But it works pretty well and I like that it seems to have a treble booster in it as the other compressors I tried seem to darken the tone. I only do open mike things , so I would prefer if it was large enough to hold its own battery inside. I had to wire up a thing with a plug and a 9V battery and the external battery gives it a rather sinister look. With the compression cranked all the way to the max there is a bit of a tone burst that settles down. I'm playing the compressor downstream of a 12-string guitar with lipstick pickups into a PA system and while it doesn't sound exactly like Roger McGuinn or Early Beatles, it gets me closer than I was. I did down grade it one star because it was shipped from China and it took a couple of weeks to get it.
