Got this my nephew for his third birthday. He loved it and so did my 18 month year old nephew as well. They both were banging away on this and really enjoyed themselves.Bit confusing to build as there no instructures but we got there in the end.It is cheap plastic but for the price its a fun gift and a great way to see if your kids could get into drumming without spending a fortune on an actual drum set.I cant say how my by brother and his mrs like it as im sure when he plays them at 6am they will hate them haha.

They're durable enough to endure two 4-year olds. The directions were a bit over simplified for me. I eventually figured it out (and can't remember the issue anymore) but it was a frustrating few minutes of staring between the picture, the directions and the pieces.The drums have such nice tension that if we talk at normal volume within a few feet of the set, we can hear the vibration of our voices on the big one. This led to more exploration and learning.

My son loves his drum set. The drums have realistic sounds and variation of sound in the bongo’s, which I was impressed with. Unfortunately one of the drum clips was slightly damaged, but still attached without an issue. After two days the drum with clip had fallen off and couldn’t be reattached so had to return. I would say some rubber stoppers on the feet of the drums would be a great idea. That would stop it from sliding across the room, gradually, with every foot tap of the bass drum.
