This product IS NOT a professional grade EQ...please stop reviewing it as though it was! This is an "entry level" EQ for the novice or maybe the intermediate user. DO NOT use this with a really nice sound system or for recording...this unit is best suited for home stereo systems and computer gaming. So, don't expect your PA or recording effort to sound magical; this unit wasn't designed for that. It introduces unwanted noise and errant frequencies when using it in these capacities. However, this unit is great for pre-recorded playback (think TV) and gaming consoles. Put this EQ between your TV and/or gaming speakers, and you're good to go. You'll get a decent, full sound with little distortion. If you turn it up too loud though, or crank the bass frequencies too much, you'll be disappointed. When used as intended, you'll be satisfied!
