The soprano sax was delivered on time and as described. The quality of the instrument is very clear and true. Did require new cork on 2 connector pieces and the remaining pieces were dry and needed cork grease. This is not a bitlg deal can could be because it was in storage for a while. Would buy again.

Saxophone arrived in perfect mechanical condition. Bronzed finish is sharp. Could the horn use a better case/mouthpiece/reed? Sure. But for $300 this soprano is a steal!!! What is this horn good for-personal enjoyment, using as a second instrument, trying out soprano on a budget, street performance, church music team etc... What this horn is not good for-professional recording, professional performing As a saxophonist with 35 years experience I can honestly tell you that you will not find a better deal at this price. Buy it now!

So far, this article has exceeded my expectations. About 2 years ago, I chose Alto and worked hard to learn to play the saxophone. I have a desire to Stop Soprano. My goal is to find a quality soprano without breaking the bank. This article is like that. It's like an ad. I can play and get high quality sound immediately. The sound I received (as an amateur) was better than I expected. I also have some compliments. 5 stars are based on your needs.

This is not a bad entry-level saxophone, it looks good and sounds good for a buried player. The box was placed in a plastic bag (on one side of the Amazon box). When I showed a light to the saxophone, I couldn't find any light that could pass through the mat. There are no curves or other marks on the marked surface. The only advice I have at this time is to choose a better mouth and a better cane. Still for money (as a beginner) this is a good horn, although I can hardly find anything about online manufacturing or any comment about the product. It still deserves the price I paid (less than $250). I also think the name is "SLADE" instead of LADE. Just look at the logo update: the number of buttons, the left hand has 12 keys plus octave keys, the right hand has 11 keys.

I am very happy with my purchase. It did take a bit longer to arrive than I had expected as it wasn't in stock but arrived in the time frame I was told. The instrument itself has a really nice tone and if comfortable to hold. I will admit, the mute doesn't have any impact on the sound but I don't really need to use it anyway. Overall, it is a beautiful saxophone and well worth its price.
