    This mouthpiece is great for a jazz orchestra/big ban setting, and it has a somewhat bright sound. You can play pretty loud while still maintaining your tone. It’s not just loud though; if you work on controlling your tone on this mouthpiece you can still be pretty quiet. It does take a while to get used to it though, but that’s the same with any mouthpiece really. Of course there are better mouthpieces out there, but the only good metal ones that I’ve found are upwards of $150-$200. And for being under $50, this mouthpiece is excellent. Not just because it’s priced so low but because it is just a great mouthpiece. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a jazz mouthpiece to play louder on.
