* 5 seconds ultra-fast response time with +/-1℃ accuracy (at -20℃ to 200℃), +/-2℃ at other temperatures.
* Perfect for measuring the temperature of steaks, BBQ and smoked meat, fish, turkey, oil, milk, water, etc.
* Foldable probe, small enough to put into apron and drawer. When unfolded, it's long enough to avoid burning your hands.
* It will turn off automatically after 10 minutes if there are no buttons are pressed.
* It will display LOB when the voltage is lower than 1.1V.
