My 17 lb cat, Bob, kept pulling the blinds to the side and staring out the window every time we hung out in the den. So we thought he might like a comfy hammock and ordered this. I was concerned about its ability to hold him up but he spends hours in it and never has it failed. In fact, he loves it so much that we sometimes miss him in other parts of the house. But if Bob's happy, we're all happy.

Wasn’t sure how my cat would like this but after a week of being hesitant she now leaps on and off and rolls all over this! She also likes to chew the straps and scratch the mesh but so far it is holding up. It has never slipped even after all her heavy landings. No directions to put together but you figure it out pretty easily.

My cats sit in the windows all day and even go as far as to jump up on the curtain rods to look out the windows. I purchased two of these perches. One for the living room window for my 20 pound Main Coon. He used to sit on my antique plant stand. Now he uses the window perch. My smaller Maine Coon loves to sit on the curtain rods. I put a cat perch at her favorite window and she uses it all the time. I am very satisfied with this purchase. The perches were easy to assemble. Great price!
