    This system does not allow you to run reports across more than one month. This is a problem because a work week can start in one month and end in another month. This is a very annoying barrier and causes me to run two reports on weeks like this (rarely does a work week end right at the end of the month so basically I have to run double reports at least once per month). It is also very tough to navigate around the interface.
