So I saw an ad for the Itaki electric lunchbox on Facebook and got really distracted by the idea of an electric lunch box, but didn’t want to commit to that price. So after lots of time wasted on YouTube, I found a channel that featured this one. And because it has been stuck in my head for two weeks, I bought it. I’ve had it two weeks now, used it numerous times, and I’m very happy with it. I don’t like cold lunch, and this is perfect for having a hot lunch at my desk. There is no smell when it steams, and I’ve made both Asian and Indian food with it. It is also very easy to clean. It doesn’t come with any recipes, so you’ve got to get creative, but it’s been fun to cook all sorts of different things. Also the portion sizes have been plenty for me. The only negative is the least useful aspect, the way it looks. It looks like a kids toy, so I can see why people would be hesitant, but this works great for me. Came with an adaptor and I’ve had no issues. If you’ve seen the one on Facebook, but don’t want to spend the money, this is the electric lunchbox for you.
