I haven't tried yet, but it was advertised as able to commit the foot pedal to a keyboard command. Therefore you should be able to dedicate it to whichever keyboard button makes the audio pause on your transcription program.

Not sure because the KKmoon web site shows no results for downloads in drivers. The software that comes with the pedal just binds it to one of the keys on the keyboard. So any pedal software should work. My wife's pedal fell apart I had to rig it back together, but it is just a button connected to the USB cable.

Even if it is a game that is better on gamepad I no longer have to press my old P2T button or take hands away from controller. Nor do I have to be on continuous transmit or voice thresh that never works right for me due to varying outside noise. Would definitely recommend and i might upgrade to a multi-pedal for additional functions.

If you are look for a pedal to enhance your push to talk experience, this is one to go with. Unlike other similar models, this device will allow you to use the software PC Sensor, and setup a "long press". Otherwise the button will act as a single key stroke happening one time, which is then instantly let go, making it not workable for discord.

I really like using this item. 1) The cord is more than long enough. 2) After installing the software from the provided disk, it's very easy to setup. 3) The size of the unit makes for easy moving it for usage on either foot. I'm afraid that I will step too hard one day and smash it. I feel that the material used to make it could have been a little more thicker.

The one I had before lasted for years, but I just thought they would have improved the material since then. The cord is nice and long so I could plug it in the back of my rig and have it travel a bit to reach me (I'm a bit on the shorter end). Also, they improved the software A LOT and it's so much easier to use!

It is not the best quality, but it works as expected. I use it for PTT for voice communication in games. Ok You can customize the keys generated by the keys by installing software. I was nervous about installing the software because it looked beautiful, but after many months I was not infected with the virus! The keys are saved on the pedal, so you can uninstall them after changing the software.

I ordered the product to be able to process my transcripts better via F4. Since the key is set to "b" in its factory setting, it first had to be reprogrammed. My computer doesn't have a CD drive - so I downloaded the relevant software online. The device did not recognize this and therefore did not have it programmed. The same software could be reinstalled on a CD-compatible computer using the supplied CD, whereby connecting the foot switch prevented the function of the mouse pad. Only after another installation of an external mouse could the footswitch be configured accordingly and now corresponds to the "F4" key. This programming is now configured on the switch, which can now also be used with other computers. For the transcription in F4 he now works according to my ideas.

So far it has worked for me. It feels a bit cheap, but as long as you don't step on it, it will be affordable. I currently use it in games to activate my microphone to talk, so I use it frequently and it works fine. I will buy again. *** EDIT-16 / 12/12 *** I still use it to activate my microphone, so I will use it very consistently when I play. Again, I try to be gentle and not have feet, but it seems to work like the day I got it. The spring still has good tension and can return it to its original position.
