Every Christmas Eve we do a huge charcuterie party with all the trimmings. My father-in-law must purchase several hundreds of dollars in cheese, as you can imagine it takes a lot of time to slice all that cheese, but not this year! At first I thought this was going to leave me with too thick of a slice, but if you send it through slicing once then moving the cheese over so where you sliced ends up between the wires you can slice again and get the perfect width cheese every time. It is an extra step but well worth it. You could also easily cube cheese with this slicer and the wider wire. This won’t work on really stiff meats but works wonderfully on soft meats.

Awesome commercial grade cheese slicer. This thing makes short work of a brick of cheese. Everyone in the house got into this thing. The kiddos all had to slice some cheese. It came with two different space "slicer plates" for small or large slices. The kids had fun making cheese diamonds, etc.

his egg slicer works perfectly and feels seamless in my hand. It is easy to clean with other items that I wash by hand. Packaging inside a sturdy box protected it during transit in the Walmart shipping box. The cutting wires are firmly seated and I expect to treat the item carefully to preserve its efficiency.
