What is the steps if I forget the code ?

  • There is a reset button inside of the housing. You have to take the door handle off of the door push the button then re-install the door handle.

How durable is this? Is it still functioning since you bought it?

  • I have been very happy with this product. It has lived on an exterior door in northern Minnesota for the past year and still works flawlessly. No lag on the key code or any show of the elements having worn on it.

      So far so good, I changed this lock out a few days ago. the install was super easy... the coding went well too. the only reason I give it 4 stars is you have to press the on button to open it.
