  • Q Hey I emailed you twice but never got any reply. What is wrong with my order? I ordered it long time ago! First it said "free delivery" but then you told me that I still need to pay something like 2 or 3 USD delivery fee and I did. Why I never get a reply from you since then? I feel I got cheated.
