I purchased this product to grind the remaining surface roots after burning the stump to prevent the chain saw chain from being damaged. It did a great job and the carbide teeth kept well. To be clear, it is installed closely and centered on a standard side grinder (which happens to be Makita). I am very satisfied with this purchase.

I got this item mainly for outdoor invasion of tree roots. Flatten them instantly. It is large enough to do the job, but it will not cause excessive damage to the tree. I have other smaller engraving discs for lightweight engraving, but I need something larger to accomplish this task.

This cutting disc is great, I have always wanted to try it, and now I have it, my only problem is figuring out what might be the best project. My grinder does not even need a handle, it is easy to control, but if I use it for a long time, I will definitely throw it there. The cutting feel is very good and I would definitely recommend it.

I received the woodcarving CD in advance. I did this with a 9Ah battery, with additional power and discs to chew everything in its path. As with all tools, be careful when using discs. It is aggressive and has a minimal learning curve to control the grinder connected to it. For my project, this disc worked perfectly and made my mowing path much easier! I recommend this product; safety gloves are a good plus.
