All axles of the machine are fixed by high precision flange bearings with straight-line electroplating, T8 screw rod with double nuts and the 304 stainless steel screws is non-oxidizing.

Notice for use:
1. After adjusting the machine, open the engraving file to check where the zero point is, usually at the lower left corner, the same as the 2 test codes.
2. Locate the machine to the lower left corner of the workpiece first, then lower the cutter and the spindle must be turned on. Slow it down when the cutter is close to the workpiece, gently adjust it to the surface.
3. Important! After lowering the cutter, click "XY zero " and "Z zero". Then you can click "start" to engrave.
4. If DOOR alarm appears, please make sure to turn on the power switch on the motherboard . then please reconnect the motherboard.
Tips: It is better to run the machine without any workpiece first. Test it before you start formal engraving.
Notes:
1. This machine is NOT assembled. You will receive all the parts in the package and you need to assemble it yourself.
2. Please note MDF is not equal to normal wood, as it doesn’t have a worldwide standard, so you need to test how deep the laser can cut.
3. Please wear laser goggles during using and avoid touching the laser directly with your eyes and skin.
4.The shipping package contains CD, you can get laser engraving tutorial, CNC tutorial ,user guide, software download link, etc. from CD.
5.Offline controller is included in package.
