Note:
Due to the different thread structure, the use of wood screws to assemble plastic expansion tube can achieve anchoring capacity than the use of the same thread specifications of self-tapping screws or fiberboard screws, 20%-30% higher.
In order to ensure the reliable installation effect, please ensure that the length of the matching screw can penetrate the expansion tube, and extend at least the length of the diameter of the screw.
Use with the corner of the wall and other similar occasions, should ensure that:
(1)The installation position and corner of the fish-type plastic expansion tube is at least the length (L) of the 1 expansion tube.
(2)The expansion direction (i.e. expansion direction) of the fin-like anti-heel structure should be parallel to the corner edge.
This product is not suitable for the continuous use of a single axial pull load place (e.g. vertical suspension mounting), should ensure that the expansion tube is subjected to at least 10 degrees of shear force.
