This is a short waves QRP SSB/CW transceiver. Portable size is easy to carry and use outdoors, built-in speaker, adopt 1602n LCD screen. It supports connecting to computers and using FT8, JS8, FT4 and other digital mode software to control, and supports CW automatic decoding.

Upgraded Performance: Compared to the old usdx, the new usdx+ has several improvements: moved the headphone and power button/microphone jacks to the front panel for easy connection of headphone and power button, moved the buttons to the bottom of the LCD screen for larger touching area and more comfortable using experience, the built-in speaker effect has been upgraded, and the printed circuit board has reserved pads for various upgrades, which can be used as a template for DIY upgrade learning, it also can quickly change the QRP and CW frequency and support CW sidetone volumes adjustment.
8 bands cover 80m/60m/40m/30m/20m/17m/15m/10m, and support all mode: USB, LSB, CW, AM, FM(SSB modes with well reception effect, but poor transmission effect. AM and FM is free but with poor effect.)
It can reach 8 gears of 3-5w power, and reserve the necessary sot-223 and to-220 pads for upgrades.
High Emission Efficiency: The efficiency of 80m/60m/40m/30m/20m is greater than 80%, the efficiency of 17m is greater than 70%, and the efficiency of 15m/10m is greater than 60%.
DSP functions: Automatic Gain Control (AGC), Noise Reduction (NR), Xmit Voice Trigger (VOX), RX Attenuator (ATT), TX Noise Gate, tx unit control, volumes control, dbm/s meter.
Open source firmware and allows experimentation, new features can be added, contributions can be shared via github, software complexity is 2000 lines of code.
Software-based VOX that can be used as quick Full Break-In (QSK and semi-QSK operation) or assist in RX/TX switching for operating digital modes (no PTT interface required), external PTT output/PA control with TX-delay.
Fully digital and software-based SSB transmit-stage: samples microphone-input and reconstruct a SSB-signal by controlling the phase of the SI5351 PLL (through tiny frequency changes over 800kbits/s I2C) and the amplitude of the PA (through PWM of the PA key-shaping circuit).
