    Dear Sir or Madam, I am trying to get the 450nm 40W Laser Engraving Machine up and running. I have used different Windows 10 PC and Android phones, all installations have been done exactly with your video instructions and supplied software. USB connection with PC does not work at all. WiFi connection with Android phone works, laser head comes into position, scans the entered text, and when I give start printing, then laser head goes to back right corner and stops, does nothing more. Please help or exchange the device. Cheers Armen
