    This can be used on smaller soft copper tubing or plastic/rubber hoses to help expand to fit the internal brass fittings, or it can fit copper without the use of double joints.

    This gadget works well, yes, although it takes some time to get used to it, it does. It is recommended that you heat up any pipes before trying this gadget to make life easier. The trick is to keep moving it on the pipe so that it evenly surrounds the circle.

    If you go slow, it works well. The pipe is annealed first. Insert a little at a time and squeeze the handle, turn the piece, squeeze again, turn, and repeat until the tube expands to the desired size. Test whether it fits your chess piece and expand it slowly until the connection is firm.

    Very good tool. It seems that the design is solid; I don’t know how good its intended use is; I use it to extend the garden hose so that new connectors can be inserted at both ends of the hose. For this, it works very well.

    Although I have only used it a few times, it actually seems to get the job done. It does seem to require a little practice, but, at least for soft copper, it seems to work very well. It feels like it is made of cast aluminum, so I don't know it can withstand hard copper, I think it's worth it.

    The effect is very good. It is different from other expanders. You must expand the pipe slowly and turn the expander until you have the coupling. This tool will work cheaper than a hydraulic expander.

    I have used it several times successfully. Yes, the pipe must be rotated during forging to maintain the circular cross-sectional shape. Moreover, those who complain about the shunt pipe may try to forge the hardened (tempered) copper pipe used in the water supply line.
