    I have used these a few times now to provide a 'true' centre when drilling pilot holes through countersunk metal parts into wood; for instance when fitting door hinges, door handles, guard plates on worktops, etc. and I am very happy with them. When they arrived I oiled them (just in case) and I use them at a slow speed with no problems.
