I've had several types of SinkShrooms and this Ultra Revolutionary type is my favorite. I place it in the drain (no stoppers allowed), and every so often, I pull it out and all that hair & gunk just wipes off easily. What I like the most about it is that it doesn't stain like the previous types I've owned. It seems as though it will last a long time.

I used to have the silicon sink shroom. It worked very well, but after a couple months it got black all over into the material that couldn’t be cleaned off. I love the all metal upgrade. Still works to trap the hair and gunk that was backing up my sink, but the metal impervious to the mildew. I highly recommend it.

I cannot express enough how AMAZING these sink shrooms are. The previous model didn’t allow for water to drain properly, however they have really advanced in creating the BEST product. These are made of high quality stainless steel with 3 different rubber inserts depending on your sink size, which is super nice for a perfect fit.

I absolutely love this. I had the original sinkshroom and it worked great but this one works even better!! The stainless steel material makes cleaning it so much easier and enhances the overall functionality. It really does catch all the hairs and does the job of protecting my drain. It also looks good in my sink. I have the tubshroom and it;s great too. I'm happy I decided to upgrade from the original. It's definitely worth it.

Our shared bathroom sink was a continual nightmare for me, as I had to snake it out quite frequently. Between my wife's long hair and my body hair, the hairball clogs were epic. Haven't had to snake the drain since we got this. In fairness, we also used the tub shroom for the last couple years, so we were familiar with the general idea, but the stainless steel cap really blends well so you don't even notice it's in the sink.
