Multi-functional transistor tester for automatic detection of NPN and PNP transistors, N-channel and P-channel MOSFET, diodes, thyristors, resistors, capacitors and triacs. It also can be used as square signal and PWM signal generator.

Features:
Digital 128*64 LCD backlight display for easy readings, can display measured data and graphics.
One key operation(long press the button and enter the menu selection), automatic power shutdown.
With battery case, can be powered by 3.7V lithium battery(not included).
Standard 10-pins AVR_ISP download socket.
Automatically detect NPN and PNP transistors, N-channel and P-channel MOSFET, JFETs, diodes, inductors, resistors, capacitors, thyristors, etc.
Automatic detection of pin layout of the detected part.
Support 2 resistors measurement, also support potentiometer measurement.
Resistance measurement resolution is 0.1 ohms, 50M ohms can be measured.
For capacitors with a capacity value above 5000pF the voltage loss after a load pulse can be determined.
Detection of the protection diode of bipolar transistors and MOSFETs.
Measure the gate threshold voltage and gate capacitance of the MOSFET.
Can be used as signal generator and frequency meter: built-in square signals from 1Hz-2Mhz and can generate 1-99% PWM(pulse width modulation) signals.

Notice: 
Before measuring capacitance, the capacitor must be discharged, otherwise very likely damage the meter.
Users need to add an interface with some components by themselves if they want to measure the frequency(1Hz-2MHz)!
