This adjustable regulator module with AC or DC voltage input, the output voltage is 1.25V-28V DC continuously adjustable, versatile for DC board. 

Features:
Adjustable regulator module with LED display.
2A or less can be loaded,  AC or DC voltage input.
The output voltage is 1.25V-28V DC continuously adjustable, versatile for DC board. 
Using double adjustment potentiometer to ensure good contact, effectively protect the load. 

Notice:
The minimum differential between input and output is 3V; the input must be higher than the output voltage above 3V to be regulated.
Buck, not boost, when input 5V output 1.25-2V, not 6V.

    In principle, the voltage regulation works, but I get at 12V DC input only a maximum of 9.1V output together (measured with multimeter). The lcd display works from about 4.5V +/- 0.5V. Why the maximum output does not match the input, I can not explain, but I have only rudimentary knowledge of electronics concerns. Maybe this question can be clarified by another buyer, or the shopkeeper?
