To my understanding, car radios have bluetooth to conect to a phone, so they work as a receiver, being the phone the source. In your case, you would use the radio as a source with the dodocool speakers. Don't know if it's possible, sorry. However, if you want to use the speakers in your car, with your phone, they should work for sure (again, I have not tried yet), but bear in mind that maybe you want a louder volume, which these cannot provide. If you listen to moderate volume in the car, these speakers should be good, but I guess that it also depends where you place it. see less
