Which part of the unit is made in Aluminum? I'm planning on using it on a canoe.

  • All parts look like aluminum except for the head of the screw but it is a good quality of plastic, I recomen this part especially if you plan to use with battery pack BP-960

what is the bracket made of, plastic, metal?

  • Its a combinaron of the two. Plastic where the battery is hung from w/ a metal screw to tighten. The primary material is plastic.
