I was sooooo skeptical that silly plastic bubbles would do anything for my pool temp.... And I was WRONG. When this cover is on, our pool reliably gets up to 80 degrees (prior it was always about 68 degrees). It also keeps some of the leaves out of the pool. While I do see it is breaking down with time, I'm willing to purchase once a year to make the above ground pool tolerable to get into. Removal and installation takes two people, and you have to be on the "same page"...pull and fold, pull and fold...so it is a little frustrating in that instance, however it is worth the frustration if you hate cold pools. It also doesnt interfere with the filter pump running, so that has been wonderful.

Easy to install. I just plop it in the pool and work my way around the outside unfolding it as I go. I do the same thing in reverse to take it off, go around the outside folding it in a little bit each time until it’s folded into a smaller, more manageable, mound in the center of the pool. When this thing has water wrapped up in it, it can be pretty heavy. So I’ll usually hoist half of it up on the side of the pool wall and let a majority of the water drain before I lift it out and put it into this big mesh bag I have mounted to the side of the deck.

So far, this has lasted all summer with no issues. It does heat up the top of the water on a hot day so your not so in shock from the cold water when enter the pool. Easy to take off and put back on. I have a 14ft pool and this worked just fine. Glad we made this purchase, even if it does eventually start to break or come apart I will buy another one.

I like it, however, I don't need it to keep pool warm. The water already gets and stays warm from the sun during the day because it's a shallow pool. I bought this 15 foot cover for my 14 diameter above-ground pool. I have to weigh down with rocks if it's windy over night. It helps keep most debris out of pool except when it's extremely windy weather.

Great pool cover we decided to try a smaller solar cover for our pool. This solar cover helped heat up our pool water a few degrees at a time. Easy to put in the pool and take out. Also collects any leaves and dirt that fall from our trees, helping eliminate some pool clean up.

It worked great! This not only helped warm the water, but it also kept debris out better than any other cover that went on our pool. I would recommend this product. We used this all summer and are able to rinse, dry, and store it for another year. Definitely worth the money.

Water surface is heating up well in the sun, despite still having low overnight temps (overall pool temp is in the mid 70s, but the water near the surface gets to the mid 80s after a sunny day and then distributes nicely when the pump is turned on. The only downside is that leaves on the cover may fall into the water when taking cover off, but it keeps most of the leaves and dirt out.

It really works to keep debris out and the temp is so comfortable as opposed to last year when we didn't have a solar cover as it was a very cold inch your way in to a "refreshing" cool pool...lol...this year it's like wow such a huge difference in temperature of water and we have a bigger pool this year which you would think it would be hard to get warm but this does the trick! I still have to inch my way in... but there is no shock only a very comfortable transition to be had!! Good purchase!!
