it nned to be conect with the computer ? or its portable, and save the informetion?

  • This is simply a Common Access Card (CAC) Reader. It must be connected to the computer/tablet and the CAC must be inserted for it to be used. Older Operating Systems require additional 3rd party software (ActiveClient for example) but Windows 10 & Mac OS El Capitan do not.
