Pros:The ab belt is fantastic. It is good product to lose weight. You may still need to watch what you eat, go to the gym, etc...but I have noticed more definition in my abs...you have to work at it by exercising and eating right. but it is a great tool to have too...I have been using it since early March and so many people have told me that I look alot thiner (I am a new mom and hade a C-section) but with this belt it's not so hard to take off the inches on your waist! Anyone that says it doesn't work is probably eating cupcakes and pizza, and not working out... Cons: Everything is fine. But i need to take a bath each time after use it. It makes me sweat. so i just do this exercise before bathing. Bottomline: It works well since i bought it in March. I like this product very much.

Pros: Good product. Really does the job. - Very easy to use. - There is a long and a short belt, to use in different places in your body. You even may use them together. - You will receive a gel to use with this product. - There are two batteries included, but this device uses just one of them. The another one will be a spare. - There are 6 different pre-programmed exercises, easy to set it. - There are 10 different levels of "force" for each movement. Really good. Cons:- You will receive two batteries. One of them will be installed and another one in a room for it. The installed one was dead, so I used the spare. - Gel is enough for one or two applications. You have to buy more soon. Bottomline:Great product.
