The outer dimensions are accurate but I would caution you not to purchase this stand. While it is elegant and sturdy by outward appearances, I found the wood inside the stand was warped. While it is elegant and sturdy by outward appearances, I found the wood inside the stand was warped. That is, there is no track to align the plastic tray to the inside of the stand. The drawer component becomes easily wedged as you attempt to slide the drawer in and out-so much in fact that you have to turn the stand on its side and apply force to open and close the drawer. As much as I loved the stand I returned it for this defect. This is my experience with this stand and it's possible your stand will not have this defect. Hope this helps. see less
