    My girlfriend has a Specialized Mt. Bike and we bought it used and needed to replace the brakes simply because they were worn out. This set was easily installed and came with everything needed to complete the installation except for the cables which were purchased separately. After installation she was definitely able to stop much quicker. Also adjusting these brakes is much easier than her original set which took way longer simply because they were much older and the spring tension was getting weak. Very happy with this affordable set although definitely not top of the line as far as quality.

    They may be cheaply made, but the price is so low that you're getting your money's worth and then some. Lever set seemed really cheap, glad I didn't need to use them. Still gets 5 stars for being a great deal.

    Great value. Turns out I didn't need them so they were installed on an old bike and the bike was sold at yard sale for a good profit
