High Thermal Conductivity & Uniform Heating: The cylindrical ceramic heating ring improves heating efficiency and reduces heat loss. Uniform heating and fast heat transfer, it only takes 40 seconds to heat from room temperature to 200℃. Available up to 300℃ high temperature printing.
Bi-metal Heat Break & High Temperature Resistance: The heat break is made of titanium and copper alloys which supports high temperature printing at 300°C and is compatible with more filaments. Also, the O.2mm thin wall thickness for excellent thermal insulation (Compatible filaments: PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, PP, PC, Nylon, PEEK, PEI, etc.)
Strength Upgrade: The heat break and heat sink are perfectly fit through the titanium alloy base to avoid pressure between them, and the strength is upgraded to extend the life of the hotend.
Structural Upgrade: The heat sink size is 30% larger than the general hotend, improving heat dissipation efficiency and ensuring smooth feeding.
Better Printing Performance: High-quality hardened steel nozzle, and roughness of Ra0.25 on the inner wall of the nozzle and heat break to improve print quality.

    I've had luck with the CR-10S with retraction speed of 65mm/s and length of 2.5mm. Could change with Bowden length on various printers for sure.

    Prints very smooth, and fits as a perfect direct replacement for the stock MK8 hot ends.Biggest issue is a lack of nozzle variety but that is a creality problem not an issue with how the hot end works

    Had serious under extrusion problems with my ender 3 pro, often had to replace my nozzles due to clogs, upgraded the extruder mount and that helped a little, but this new hot end has made all the difference. I haven't had a failed print yet, first layer goes down perfect every time. If you had an ender 3 pro and have extrusion issues this is a must, get an all aluminum extruder assembly too.

    Awesome product easy to set up and alot better than stock, I had to mess with some retraction settings and temps, prints very well and looking forward to getting more of these in the future

    Great flow rate. I also get less string. It's also super easy to change nozzles or clean.

    After having nothing but issues with the last E3D Volcano hot ends, I tried this and it worked perfectly. I can print Pla, Petg, ABS, Tpu and Poly carbonate and the all these filaments print perfectly with this hot end. Didn't even have to use cleaning filament. I just heated the nozzle and extrude enough of the new filament.

    The produce is extremely well made. The build quality is superior than any kit that I had before. It also has great improvement. I was print twice faster than before. Need to spend more time tweaking the parameters to see if the 300mm/s printing speed is possible. Lastly, the product looks so amazing that it is like something from IronMan movie.
