For the price, good image, easy operation. One gotcha I ran into (thus the 4 stars and not 5) is the tripod screw hole at bottom of camera assembly is not quite deep enough for a standard tripod screw, so it would not fully tighten and the camera flopped around a bit on top of the tripod. I solved it by inserting a rubber washer to take up the space and it tightened fine at that point. Just something to keep in mind if you wan to mount on a tripod.

This product arrived the next day. Less than 24 hours after ordering the camera. I opened the package, plugged the camera in to my USB slot and Windows 10 installed the drivers and it was ready to go. Perfect for what I need. My wife will also use it for teaching classes for E-Learning.

When I left town I muted the speakers and closed the lid of my laptop. With software installed I was able to access the camera while out of town. It offers a small image in a small window with low quality but that was expected. It was good enough to see if anyone was currently in the room or if the laptop had been moved while I was out of town. I haven't tried using it for a conference call. Nor to view a board game to be played over the phone. The reason I purchased the camera. I don't think it will work for games as the image cannot be enlarged or have acceptable quality to view a game board. Over all; I think it was worth the price.

This is my first webcam. I purchased it to use for Zoom meetings. A friend recommended it. The picture and audio quality have been great. I had one issue with it. I learned that the back of my webcam would get very, very hot. I was concerned about safety, as I did not want the device to catch fire. I sent an e-mail to the company's support unit explaining the issue, and they immediately responded and sent me a replacement device. Well, the same problem recurred. I again reached out to the support unit and was asked by them if there was sufficient ventilation for the unit. I said that there was. Later, though, I realized that although there was sufficient ventilation on all sides of the unit, there was no ventilation underneath it. So, I made adjustments on its placement, which resulted in the device no longer getting excessively hot. It's a little inconvenient, but it's worth it. The device works great and costs considerably less than many others.

had no expectations given the low price point - picture quality not bad - not as good as pics from my cell phone - but have not figured out if a cell phone can connect to a TV - the camera USB cord is a decent size and set up was a breeze - instant connection on windows laptop - and Mini Mac desktop - to access camera on Mac, open Photo Booth - strong lighting gives better resolution - I have Mini Mac connected tv

I like the quality of the image and no “fish eye” distortion output. I don’t use my ring light anymore because the lighting is perfect so I mounted it on the ring light stand. Although I have to turn off the mic due to the feedback sound since I am using an earbud mic combo. Overall, I am happy with my purchase.It makes my online teaching sessions more engaging than usual.

Pretty decent web cam for the price!! Super easy to set up just plug it in. I put 5 stars over all, and 4 on the picture quality just cuz I thought it would be a little better but Honestly you get what you pay for so I don’t know what I was expecting. It’s got a little bit of a fish eye look cuz it’s the 180 degrees but it looks real nice! If you need it for Teams or school it’s perfect.
