I have purchased three of these and love them. I highly recommend for just about any Bowens mount attachment such as, shoots or soft boxes or you can use with just a flash.

Good product, it looks and feels as cheap as it is. But that’s not as negative as it sounds, considering the price it’s a good product and it does exactly what it has to do. If I needed more I would definitely order more of them. They are perfect for what they are made for and cost next to nothing, so I don’t need nor expect them to be fancy or of exquisite quality. Good price, good product, definitely worth buying.

The mount itself is sturdy and works well. The screw to tighten the flash into the bracket goes crooked every time and I have to unscrew and screw it back in numerous times to hold the flash tight. Not sure if that is clear, but the part that screws down onto the flash to hold it tight will screw down crooked and then gets hung up and won't tighten. Eventually, I get it, but it's not a simple process to just put the flash in and tighten down. It takes a bit of work.
