Q

Will work with Nikon D750?

A
  • I just used these last weekend for a wedding. I assumed they would work just like they did on my D700 but THEY DO NOT. SOMETIMES they fire and most of the time they do NOT. I used a D750 with Lumopro LP180 flash units.

They’re a lot bigger then I expected. You can’t use your flash right off the top of your camera, if is only for off camera flash. They’re fast and it beats having to walk over to your flash every time you want to change its settings.

These babies worked flawlessly and I must say the sync speed is ridiculously fast. Was able to test all the way to 1/8000. Love the TTL and grouping feature. These look expensive but very reasonable.

BEST triggers you can buy for the money! The AF assist beam kind of looks like a Predator beam. Does a great job but might be a little annoying to people you are photographing them in dark settings, but you can also turn it off if not necessary.

Good price. Decent build quality. Works as stated once you sort out the manual. Is not compatible with a ttl cable, so you have to choose one or the other, but that shouldn't be a problem very often. Overall, a great addition to your gear collection.

This is an inexpensive wireless flash trigger for use on with my Nikon Flash. The range is pretty good, however, it does not always fire the flash when you take a photograph. For the price, I love these triggers. Had I paid >$100, I wouldn't be as forgiving. There are other more efficient flash triggers out there, but are pricier. As a hobbyist photographer this works well. As a former wedding photographer, this would work great for taking portraits. As an off camera flash trigger, you may miss some key moments when taking photographs, if this doesn't fire when you want it to.
