  • Q hi, i have the usb cable connected and the hdmi and is not working,is not recognize by my computer, what do i do?

    A The HDMI connected with the computer, the computer will automatically install the driver, the computer system supports WIN7, WIN8, WIN10. HDMI cable connect to the computer, automatically installed after the driver, the computer will prompt the driver installation is completed, at this time select the HDMI icon at the machine menu, and enter the HDMI icon, at thie same time it will synchronize the computer screen,if can't ,it may have some trouble with your Computer operating system problems dear.
