今はどういう訳か販売者の名前が変わってるが、購入時は仙台の住所だった。 安いし手を出した。注文から１週間程で商品は到着。予想通り中国からの発送。 商品に問題が無ければ良かったんだが、充電が出来ない。LEDの動作もおかしい。 販売者にコンタクトを取ると以下の具合 １）不具合を動画に撮ってYoutubeにアップせよ ２）発送者の負担で（着払いが無いから仕方ないが）中国まで送り返せ ３）それからも散々待たされて何の連絡もないまま商品は届いた 返送先は製造メーカーらしく、いろいろなブランドで出している模様。 国内に在庫を持っている販売店だと、ここまでもめなかったと思われるので購入先は要注意。 もちろん良品が一発で届けばこんな大変な目に遭う事はなかった。 さて、商品の評価は★４つにした。 基本的に画質がいい。一部を切り出して見ない限りはかなりきれい。 操作性も言語はわからなくても何とかなる。 電池の持ちは、いまだに数十分の撮影しか出来ていないが、その程度は問題なし。 USB充電をしながらの使用も可能。 防水ケースが付属して来るが、この出来は悪い。ドーム状のレンズに歪みがあるのと、乱反射で画面に余計な光が入る。かなり見苦しい。 相当割り切らないとこのケースは使えない。 カバーはラッチでひっかけて固定しているが、容易に外れる。 バイクに乗りながら操作していたらフタが知らない間に飛んでいったみたいで無くなっていた。 仕方ないのでスイッチが触れるように加工する予定。スイッチは奥まっている。 国内に店があったら、カバー位はお願いすれば送ってくれるんだろうが中国だと送料だけでも半端ない。 動画のサンプルはこちら [・・・] 動画を見るソフト（ビュワー）は指定のURLからダウンロード出来る。 色々な視角で見る事が出来る。 ビュワーのモードでそのまま動画として残せる。ただし、変換にかなりの時間が必要。 WIFI経由でスマホから撮影モニターも可能。 ただし、編集機能は無いので上の動画サンプルのように仕上げるには編集ソフトが必要。 耐久性・信頼性はこれからの評価。壊れないでくれよ！と必死に祈るしかないが。 安物買いの銭失いになるかどうかは、これからの評価。 ずっとまともに動いてくれるんだったら商品としてはグッドだろう。 ただ、入手や修理については相当の覚悟をしてお買い求めを！ もう一回買うか？ いいえ・・もう御免です。 友人に勧めるか？ 友人にもよります。リスク大好きな友人ならコメント付きで勧めます。笑

This product was received free from the manufacturer in return for an honest and unbiased review. I do a lot of cycling and have become a little obsessed with tracking my rides in the last few years. More recently I have started thinking about a bike cam, and when the manufacturer offered me this for review it seemed like a perfect opportunity. What's in the box: Camera, Waterproof Housing, Mounts, USB Cable, Charger, User Manual. First impressions: just from the packaging and the feel of the device it suggests a quality item. It certainly does not feel cheap and nasty. In the box is a vast array of bits and bobs to mount the camera to almost anything, and to connect it in a variety of ways to the device of your choice. First use: To get the camera working was dead simple. I am a bit of a dinosaur with little technical nous, so a lot of devices these days have features that I cannot access. No problems with this at all, it works straight out of the box. I use a 32 Gb micro SD card (not supplied) which is easy to insert once you have managed to get the camera out of it's waterproof casing. There is also a WiFi mode that allows you to control the camera from your phone. The camera can take stills or movies. It uses a 16 MP camera. The USP is that it is a panoramic camera, so records the full 360 degrees around the camera, so when cycling I can record the road ahead (great) and my face (not so interesting...) The image quality of the video is good, with 30 fps and 4K resolution at the top end. You can shoot up to 60 fps, but with a concomitant drop in resolution. Images and sound are clear and sharp. A feature I particularly like is the fisheye that allows you to get a 220 degree of arc field of view, in addition to the panoramic field of vision. So you get as much of the picture as possible. The camera also does looped recording and time lapse stills, all handy features. A well thought through and feature rich design I think. I have used this on a bike ride and been impressed so far. With it mounted on the handlebars it records pretty much what I saw. Battery life is about 60 minutes on the highest resolution recording, I am going to try again next weekend on a lower res setting to see if this extends the life. To control the camera and to view the footage you need to download the app. I did this on a generic android phone and experienced no problems. As I said I am a bot of a dinosaur in this regard, so if I can get it to work properly then I am sure that the more technically proficient (i.e., almost anyone) should be OK. The app is well laid out and intuitive. Great stuff. This is the complete package - robust, adaptable, easy to use, takes excellent pictures and movies in a variety of useful modes. Excellent, 5 stars.

Inexpensive, but the instruction booklet is printed in teeny, tiny text. I took photos with my phone, and enlarged the info. After downloading the XDV360 app to my phone (Samsung Galaxy S5): I cannot figure out how to save photos to my phone! After connecting the camera to my phone via Wifi, I can see and choose views when taking photos. There is a choice when viewing the pics within the XDV360 app window, of 'download'. I tapped that with a few photos and, sure enough, the pics 'downloaded'. But... where too??? I cannot find them on my phone, anywhere! Somehow, accidentally (no idea how), one file did appear in my phone album... but a flat regular photo, one section of the 360 degree view (and my phone can be used to take better snaps!)> That 360 degree view can only be viewed, it seems, using the XDV360 app. The are icons that seem to let you send the 360 degree pics to Facebook, Twitter, etc. I chose Facebook, but it didn't work. If the images are on the memory card I inserted and formatted, how do I view them? I had hoped to access the images using another app on my phone: Google Streetview app. But trying to import images from taken by this 360 camera... no luck. Trying to access the camera using the Streetview app... no luck, fails to connect via wifi. Hence the 4 star rating. Making this camera and app capable of letting me access and copy the files to my laptop; allowing another app (Streetview app) to link to the camera... that would have gained 5 stars.

First the good: This is a great little camera for the price point. Picture quality is decent, lots of nice features...but bear in mind this is a £70 camera in a category where the average price is £300-£500. At highest quality it will capture a 2448x2448 and while that's bordering on 4k for a standard video, this is capturing 360 degrees and the video is extremely compressed. Expect the same sort of quality you'd get with a middle of the road webcam. The major downside is the poorly translated 'engrish' manual...and the software is downright terrible. The phone app works great for controlling the camera, but the PC software is slow, buggy and lacking in features. The good news is that if you have a card reader, you can just take the captured video directly off the card and use Kodak's PIXPRO SP360 4K software (which is free on Kodak's website) to process your video and upload to youtube. The other major downside is this camera has no internal storage and requires a mini SD card which isn't supplied. Basically, for the price point, this is a cool little device...but you get what you pay for. At approx £70 it's worth 4 stars. If it was £100 it would get two.
