I was pleasantly surprised by the perceived quality of this softbox. The canvas is thick, the Bowens mount strong, and on both products purchased, I did not have Velcro badly positioned contrary to what some have reported. The umbrella opening is really handy. For storage, I leave the white diffusers in place and simply spreads one of the sides of the softbox to reach the umbrella locking ergo. To see in time if the whales will hold, especially at the rivets.

This octabox fulfilled my expectations. It feels great quality and has double light diffusion. I own a westcott and is good, this one feels a little more sturdy than that one and that's a lot to say, although I know that westcott is also all about efficiency and that means that maybe they use lighter materials, to reduce the heaviness of some products. Still, I was impressed with this one, it works great.
