Order on 6/20. It arrived on 7/6. It is 16 days by direct delivery from China. As shown in the photo, the rubber was properly attached. Perfect for RICOH THETA. Since there is space around the terminals, you can now wait while shooting and turning on the power while charging. Since the same thread is cut, the rod is purely extendable. Can be used outside of THETA. The female is threaded considerably deeper, so it can be firmly fixed without using a double nut. A small portable battery is fixed to the selfie stick to supply power to Theta.

The price is very cheap and this is a screw. Packing like extra is a rubber plate punch, so it can be used functionally, but the center of the hole was off. If you are interested, you may purchase additional O-rings at the home center or process the packing yourself. I think it can be used without it.

Got this tripod new last week and used it on two shoots over the weekend. So far it's great. It's sturdy and lighter than I expected which is great for the on the go documentary type shoots I do. The pan and tilts are smooth. The handle extension is very handy and the height the tripod reaches is great. Overall very happy with my purchase. I expect that the tripod won't last as long as a more expensive brand tripod but I intend to treat her carefully and in hope of making it last. I've worked with some more "expensive" tripods in the past that have fallen apart when mistreated so with due care this should be a quality purchase.
