My elderly mother, 83 years old on Friday, lives with us. She fell down last week. At that time I realized that we needed a way for her to get help from anywhere in the house. When she fell, I was in the bathroom, far from where she fell. I know that the only reason for her problem is the behavior of our big dog. We have a cheap security camera that can regularly check our mobile/tablet app to understand the condition of terminally ill adult family members who stay at home with us. The camera has 2 channels of audio, which works well when the caregiver initiates a conversation. But there is no easy way for patients to initiate a conversation and ask for help...until now! This system is easy to set up and use.

Plug and play. It is not difficult to understand how it works and it is also very easy to do. I bought this for my family to use when taking care of our loved ones. The electrical unit is plugged directly into the wall socket and nothing else is needed at all. There is a volume button and a button to select the ringtone you want to hear

I bought this for my 94 year old mother. We tried the walkie-talkie first, but the USB connection was interrupted due to charging. Until she fell down again, I didn't need to find something for her to use, just for our attention. I searched many search variants to find it under "Watcher Alert". So, I decided to give it a try. Nothing to set up... plug in the receiver, press the call button to sync, and you're all set. The various tones you are allowed to use are completely sufficient. After all, you just want to be notified, not to go to the concert. We have a receiver on the main floor and one in the bedroom. The people in the bedroom awakened us from our deep sleep. Now, what I’m going to say is that it’s easy for people to accidentally "press" the button, but hey, I would rather have it than do nothing.

I bought this product for my mother and her nursing staff. It has a nice loud tone that can be heard throughout the house. It has become an excellent alternative to the baby monitor they use because her voice is not enough to be heard after a stroke. The button is light in weight and comfortable to wear.
