Wind the steel wire steps:
Turn the direction switch to "=", turn the shift switch to manual position and rotate the emergency stop button clockwise.
Turn off the motor switch, adjust the speed to the lowest.
Fix one side of steel wire on one side of the roller, wind around for several times, then pass by the wire wheel.
Turn on the power switch and then motor switch, adjust the speed slowly until it reaches the suitable speed.
Start to wind the steel wire, when the steel wire on the roller is enough, turn off the motor switch.
Wind the rest steel wire to another wire wheel, then fix the roller groove by pliers.
When the steel wire wind around the corresponding wheel, loosen the pliers.
Turn the direction switch to the opposite direction.
Ensure the direction is right, turn on the motor switch and adjust speed slowly.
When the quantity of steel wire around 2 rollers are almost the same, turn off the motor switch.
Screen separation steps:
Set the time to 01S01S, temperature to 80°C.
Put the silicone pad on the heated plate holes to holes.
Put the screen downward on the silicone pad. Adjust steel wire to the height of pressing the glass exactly.
Turn the shift switch to the automatic position.
Turn on the motor switch, set the motor speed controller to the half of the position.
Push the heated plate back and forth to separate the glass and the LCD.
